At NodeSell, accessible from nodesell.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by NodeSell and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

When you use NodeSell, we collect information that you provide to us directly, such as when you create an account, connect your Etsy shop, or contact us for support.

Account Information: Name and Email address.
Marketplace Data: Etsy shop name, shop ID, order metadata, and listing information obtained through the Etsy API.
Authentication: Secure OAuth2 tokens. We never see or store your Etsy password.

2. How We Use Etsy API Data

Data retrieved from the Etsy API is used exclusively to provide you with order management and inventory tracking services within the NodeSell dashboard. We do not share, sell, or rent your Etsy shop data to any third parties.

3. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your data. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols (OAuth2 with PKCE) to ensure that your shop data and tokens are protected. All data transfers between Etsy and NodeSell are encrypted using SSL.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We only retain your Etsy data for as long as your account is active on NodeSell. You have the right to request the deletion of all your synchronized data.Upon account closure or disconnection of your Etsy shop, all related data and OAuth tokens are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
